Welcome to Bias Solutions (“Bias,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, client portal, or services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Services
Bias provides marketing, design, and consultancy services delivered through a plan → credits → blocks model.
Service details, deliverables, and estimated timelines are described on our website or in a written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”).
2. Plans, Credits, and Blocks

Clients purchase a Tier Plan (e.g., Earth, Moon, Mars) that includes a set number of credits and access to our analytics dashboard.

Credits are exchanged for Blocks, each representing a defined service or deliverable.

The credits required for a Block may increase based on complexity, scope, or urgency, as agreed with the client before work begins.

Unused credits expire 1 month (30 days) after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Credits and plans are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Proposals and Approvals
For each Block, we provide an outline of deliverables, estimated credits, and timeline.
Work begins only after written or electronic approval and confirmation of sufficient credits.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely feedback, brand assets, and any required materials.
Ensure that any content or data you supply does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials for the Client Portal.
5. Payment
Fees for Plans and additional credits are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services or portal access.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Bias grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Bias retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, concepts, tools, and know-how used in the creation of deliverables.
Drafts, working files, and unused concepts remain the property of Bias unless specifically transferred in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (e.g., revenue, rankings, or traffic).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bias disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bias is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 1 month (30 days) written notice.
Credits used or work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
